The Fall of Locust Prime
The pride of House Cadriaan, the battlestation Locust Prime represented the culmination of their newfound independence and military prowess. They had long rallied against their former overseers in House Pelagia, whose mercenaries regularly harassed their supply lines and outlying colonies.
Then one day the Mandalorians arrived from deep space, declaring Locust Prime was now theirs by right of conquest. It would serve as a perfect moving capital, from which their Mand'alor would command his people. A young Mandalorian Bothan warrior named Maxil Kelborn served on the boarding party, and was present when their commander, Kareel Mankloh, ordered the interrogation of the battlestation commander's wife and young children. Kareel required the command codes to complete their victory, and would not hesitate in insuring absolute control of the station. Kelborn slew Mankloh, arguing this was not the way of the Mando'ade, then fled when his squadmates disagreed.
Locust Prime vanished into deep space under Mandalorian control, shortly after Maxil Kelborn commandeered an escape pod. Neither have been seen since in civilized space.
Law and Orderlessness in Level 1313
Gozer Jinx arrived five years ago, bearing excellent credentials from House Cadriaan for his service aboard Locust Prime. The young security officer received his commendation after escorting the commander's family to an escape pod. Unfortunately, all records of his prior service were lost along with Locust Prime.
Since then, he has served in the Coruscant Security Force, almost exclusively in the lower levels. Jinx's cool head and quick reflexes have earned him respect among other CSF officers. Now, Jinx is retiring and opening his own private investigation and security firm in the Low Lights district of Level 1313. With any luck, his hard-earned experience and police contacts will lead him to an autonomy he has never truly possessed.
